At Amen Packaging Inc, we want you to shop with confidence and satisfaction. Our Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when received

  • Unused, unworn, and with original packaging (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

2. How to Start a Return

If your return request is approved:

  • We will provide a return shipping label

  • Detailed instructions on how to send your package back will be provided

Important:
Items returned without prior authorization and a return request will not be accepted. Please contact us before sending any items back.

3. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (such as hygiene or beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Original shipping fees paid at checkout

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

5. Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend:

  • Returning the original item

  • Once the return is processed, place a new order for the replacement item

6. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, with no need for justification.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and unworn

  • Must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

This right applies in addition to the standard 30-day return policy.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed

  • Note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at service@saeaca.com.

A return shipping label provided by Amen Packaging Inc is required before sending any items.
